Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may require prepayment for future bookings.
LATE POLICY:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to avoid disrupting the schedule.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS & CHILDREN:
To maintain a relaxing luxury experience, additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
For safety and to preserve a calm environment, children should not attend appointments unless being serviced.
REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are final and non-refundable.
